Core Surgical Interview Course

Thank you for signing up to the Core Surgical Interview Course.

Please find the programme for the day below. Please arrive at Queen Square House, Institute of Neurology and make your way to the reception area downstairs for registration and coffee at 8am. (See map below)

The day will consist of focussed lectures, small group teaching, two full mock interviews and a question and answer session with top scoring candidates from previous years.

The mock interviews should feel exactly like the real thing, so please attend wearing appropriate dress with your completed portfolio and CV.

Lunch, coffee and biscuits will be provided during the day.

On the day we will focus on the most frequently encountered stations, giving you structure to answer any questions and highlighting marks commonly missed. We aim to hone your technique and build your confidence, ensuring you will be as prepared as possible for your interview. To gain the most from the day we advise you to refresh your memory of our interview guide beforehand.
